Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Frequncy Wine Company. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Frequency Wine Company are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required, but shipping charges become more advantageous as you fill up a 12 bottle shipping container.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except AL, MS, KY, SD, ND, NH & UT. If Frequency Wine co is unable to ship directly to your state, we apologize. Please note, we are dealing through a third partyshipper, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Frequency Wine Co.

Shipping Costs

Fedex (Fedex) Ground & Golden State Overnight (GSO) is Frequency Wine Co's carriers of choice. Shipping is provided by at current market rates and includes the cost of repackaging and the approved wine shipping container. Several express shipping options are available at additional cost. Note: wine is heavy and shipping is based on both weight and distance. Full cases are more advantagous, given the shipping cost spread over more bottles. That said, we do not upcharge any of our raw shipping costs.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We believe that the problems with shipping occur during the "final mile", when the wine leaves the hub and is on the delivery truck. If no one is home to sign, the wine can make additional trips back and forth, jeopardizing quality. Hence, a business delivery address is preferred. Frequency Wine Co is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
