Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer retain the unfinished portion of the original bottle so we may gather more particulars. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
We will replace the wine, or refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged in transit or flawed you will receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Our wine club asks you to stay for three shipments, you are welcome to cancel after the third shipment without penalty. A $50 administration fee will be charged for early cancellations. Your membership continues until you notify Frequency Wine Co that you wish to cancel. To cancel your membership, we require 7 days upon charging, a written notice emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Members who opt to pick up in our Tasting Room will have 45 days to pick up from the charge date before your order is shipped to your shipping address on file. Appropriate shipping charges will apply.
